Refund Policy

Returns – A full refund can be offered within 7 days of order.  If goods have already been dispatched and the buyer has changed their mind then delivery costs will be bourne by the buyer/

If there is a fault then a full refund including return delivery cost will be bourne by the company.

The company will offer a collection service for a charge which is payable prior to collection provided the goods are in undamaged boxes and in good condition. Before loading any returns it would be useful to take photographs of the goods and confirm with the driver on the returns note that the goods are in good condition.  Any subsequent damage will be a condition of contract between the buyer and the transport company; the company cannot take any responsibility for any loss or damage.
